Process
The entire process took almost two months.
- Initial manager screening.
- Take-home assessment.
- Deeper screening interview with a Senior Engineer.
- Interview with a mix of stakeholders, engineers, recruiters, and management. (Conducted over Google Hangouts due to COVID restrictions)
- Similar to step 4 but with more senior individuals.
Questions
You will be pushed on depth of knowledge in the DE space. You need to be armed with design knowledge and tradeoffs between different design options.
