Process
Initial recruiter phone screen.
2-3 weeks later, a manager phone interview was scheduled.
I was given the opportunity for a take-home assessment (make sure you test well if you are given this opportunity).
Next was a 4-hour virtual onsite interview which included a simple coding question, an object-oriented design question, a system design question, and a code review of the take-home project. It wrapped up with a manager chat.
I was declined to move on to the Day 2 interview.
All in all, it was a good experience. It was a bit time-consuming, but I totally understand why they have this process set up the way they do.
I may try again in the future.
