I applied online and received an email to set up a phone screen. My resume matched the job description exactly without any changes.
I spoke with the recruiter, and she gave off a vibe that she thought she was better than me. She asked me about projects and technologies I've used. I thought the interview went fine, other than her attitude.
After the phone screen, I received a notification from LinkedIn that she had viewed my profile. Following that notification, I received a rejection email. I 100% believe I was discriminated against for my race.
