Software Test Manager Interview Experience - Los Gatos, California
Process
I got the interview via a LinkedIn connection. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, director, and a peer manager.
Most of the questions evolved around my resume, and the level of the types of questions, I would say, was average.
I probably did not get to the next round due to a lack of experience in one or two of their requirements.
