Pros: There is a great work-life balance and a lot of independence. There is trust in the employees' judgment, and there is no micromanagement. The salary is at the top of the market.
Cons: There are occasional meetings in the evening with California. There are occasional headquarters trips, which are one to a few times a year, and that can be a perk for someone. Not all engineering projects are super interesting.
