The culture is great and is evolving as the company grows. It's a great place to work if you are self-motivated and are looking to make an impact. People are friendly and willing to help and collaborate.
The company feels like it's transitioning from a startup to an enterprise. At times, this can create frustration, as people may become afraid to make decisions. High performance is the expectation, and being on top of your A-game can be tough for some, which could lead to burnout.
