Not anymore the ideal culture
High salary, flexibility, no rules.
The Hunger Games. Employees that had never had such a high salary could kill or do anything to survive. The structure is becoming vertical, with non-executive positions just dedicated to internal politics rather than to make the business grow.
Freedom is causing high injustices. Watch out how the local culture is destroying the one N is proud of.
