Top of the market salary, great benefits, tons of perks for the employees, and a cool office.
No work-life balance (even though they offer unlimited vacation hours, there is no time to take advantage of it). People are always afraid of getting fired. People are always trying to one-up each other. It's a hostile environment in the name of practicing "candid feedback." There are too many meetings and one-on-ones.
