Great colleagues and a very interesting problem space.
Nothing I can think of.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. First HR call followed by Problem Solving and then 3 Onsite Interviews. I got rejected after the onsite and the HR was kind to setup a call and explain in detail where I failed.
Seamless and easy, it was nice. They walked me through the entire process, so I will apply next time and see if I can get it because Netflix has a great company culture and pay range.
My first phone screen went very well. I was more than qualified for the position, so that wasn't a surprise to me. Then, I had a technical phone screen. I was very disappointed with the interviewer. Initially, the interviewer was late for the phone
