The process was very unorganized. The recruiter would go radio silent for a week and then come back with excuses. The total process overall took more than a month. This made me feel like I was a second choice. I declined the offer.

Smooth and straightforward. Tagged questions from LeetCode should be enough to prepare. There's also a very light amount of system design. Be sure to read the culture memo, as the chat with the Hiring Manager touches on many pillars.

The interviewer was nice, but I was ultimately rejected due to inexperience in the domain I applied for. There were no difficult questions during the phone screen; it was just a review of my resume to see if I was qualified.
