The recruiter was very helpful. They didn’t end up going with me, but overall it was a good experience. There could have been better communication after the initial interview, as it took over a week to hear back and set up the following interview.

They asked very in-depth questions based on my résumé. Unfortunately, I was not able to provide answers at the level they expected, and I did not move forward in the process.

Netflix’s interview process includes a recruiter screen, technical or role-specific interviews, onsite cultural and technical rounds, and final decisions. There is a strong focus on technical excellence, culture fit, communication, and autonomy. Tim
