Love the culture. Interesting work, good pay, good food, nice office, very smart engineers. Also, everyone at Netflix tends to be very social and nice.
WLB is team dependent. My team had good WLB, but others didn't.
The intern program is fairly new, so there was a bit of uncertainty with return offers and what not.
