I had given five rounds of interviews and didn't receive feedback for the next six days. I then called the recruiter to get my feedback. He said that out of five rounds, one round was not good, and I was not selected.

As far as I know, all my interview rounds went very well, but please don't decide the result based on just one round. If this is the case, there should be an elimination round. Why should a candidate spend another couple of days if you have already decided to reject them?
