Process
Visited the stall at the University Career Fair.
Talked to an engineer, and it was a good technical discussion.
He went through my resume and offered me an on-campus interview the same day.
The interviewers were very friendly.
The interview was not technical, though; it involved some analytical puzzles to test basic logic.
After the interview, I was told that my application will be forwarded to the software engineering team, and they will reach out to me in a few days to let me know if there is any opening that matches my profile.

Pay is competitive and on par with what other friends with similar tech experience have received elsewhere. General enthusiasm in the office and a 'happy environment' to work in: people sitting next to you are self-motivated, happy with their bosses, and are generally excited about their work – which is a great thing.Cons: The office provides parking spots, but sometimes the spots are full, and you have to look around for parking in the Los Altos neighborhood. It's not a huge pain point, though.
