Pros: I was lucky to be assigned to really good managers. Lots of learnings. Fully remote. Workload is manageable. No need for overtime. Good place to learn for mid-level engineers.

Cons: Low salary grades. Some seniors will tell you to just Google when asking for help.

Pros: Offers flexibility for work-life balance. Friendly company culture.

Cons: Frequent changes in decisions create a bureaucratic environment. Suggestions often go unnoticed and are rarely considered. Managers seem indecisive and uninformed about the situation. Compensation is not competitive.

Pros: - Good people to work with. - Work-life balance, but that is going away slowly. - Competitive pay. - You get to work with very smart people. - Growing company.

Cons: - Less learning opportunities. - Individuals get much less recognition unless you work in certain teams that give you a chance to interact with a lot of people. - The accounts department is hostile to employees. They simply don't care about the employees. They provide zero tax benefits and impose unnecessary conditions for investment proofs that you won't see in any other company. Therefore, you end up paying a big chunk of your salary in taxes that can be easily saved. - No focus on employee interaction and team building. All you do is work and get a salary. You'll hardly know anyone despite working for years in this company. - Work-life balance is not there anymore.
