The interview process had the following steps:

• Recruiter screening.
• A one-hour online coding interview via Zoom.
• A virtual onsite that consisted of six technical interviews:
  • One with a developer.
  • Two with individuals with SDET backgrounds.
  • One with the hiring manager.
  • One with the QA director.

Five of these rounds involved coding exercises of medium difficulty. The sixth round focused on scenario-based testing questions, requiring the candidate to propose different testing approaches and use cases. The interviewers were friendly and helpful, prioritizing the approach to problems over the solution itself. The problems were generally LeetCode easy to medium difficulty. Two rounds included questions on scenario-based testing approaches.

The recruiter was very responsive and expedited the process upon request due to an existing offer and a desire to finalize a decision sooner. She ensured a swift placement within a desired team. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I am looking forward to joining the team.
