Pros: Has an amazing team onboard. Never a dull day. Fast-paced, engineering-focused, with good problems to solve. Company culture is really good. It's flexible, with remote options. Hearing about IPO news as well.

Cons: So comp is not great, but not bad either. IPO will change this.

Pros: The tech stack is cutting-edge. The pace of development/execution is super fast. Leading cloud security company, highly rated by Gartner. Rapid growth, global datacenter and market footprint, ably led by industry veterans at the top. Industry-standard compensation with stock options. The India/US HR team has done a tremendous job during the COVID crisis, ensuring post-COVID insurance coverage and related arrangements, and holding frequent sessions on mental health during the pandemic crisis. Company takes an open stand against racism. Encourages diversity in the workplace. Last but not least, "Vision and personality of CEO is compelling and a big draw for anyone willing to join the company." One of the best CEOs and an iconic personality in the valley. I received my best ratings and awards in this company, never before in previous companies. A personal experience that I can vouch for the company and its brand.

Cons: The bane of a growing startup with "power" dynamics at play sometimes. If you are a seasoned professional, ensure to navigate through the troubled waters. Working in the world's leading and fastest-growing startup is akin to nurturing a newborn baby, often demanding full energy and attention beyond the call of duty. Work-life balance can be difficult to achieve at times.

Pros: Culture at Netskope is something I appreciate the most. Freedom to express your opinions to the top-level management and being heard. It's easy to collaborate across teams and move ahead with your goals.

Cons: The options refreshes could have been better to retain the talent!
