It was a good experience. I had a conversation with several engineers and managers on various topics. The interview had several stages, and the duration was good. I always received feedback and an indication of the next steps.

Netskope conducts several rounds of interviews, with each round lasting more than an hour. Later, they realize there are no open positions or requirements. This is a ridiculous procedure! It's high time they improved their interview procedures.

I had multiple rounds of interviews. The final round with the director was strange, as he was eating snacks in front of the camera. HR indicated that a selection had been made but then ghosted me.
