- Good people to work with.
- Work-life balance, but that is going away slowly.
- Competitive pay.
- You get to work with very smart people.

- Less learning opportunities.
- Individuals get much less recognition unless you work in certain teams that give you a chance to interact with a lot of people.
- The accounts department is hostile to employees. They simply don't care about the employees. They provide zero tax benefits and impose unnecessary conditions for investment proofs that you won't see in any other company. Therefore, you end up paying a big chunk of your salary in taxes that can be easily saved.
- No focus on employee interaction and team building. All you do is work and get a salary. You'll hardly know anyone despite working for years in this company.
- Work-life balance is not there anymore.
