Sanjay is a great CEO - makes good decisions, values quality, treats employees with respect, 0 politics, transparent about very important & consequential decisions. Feels good to have someone like that driving the car.
Sometimes there's still a bit of startup "disorganization." Some teams are figuring things out for the first or second time, and some processes are still maturing at Netskope but have already been figured out at bigger companies.
Some parts of the stack still have a bit of debt. Some internal middleware for Netskope is a bit hard to learn and non-industry-standard, which is taking a while to transition away from. Most new teams have the freedom to maneuver around this stuff, though, which is nice. So it's getting deprecated, but it's slow because of how central it is.
