4. No perks whatsoever; the company doesn't even provide or reimburse for basic accessories.

5. Forget your variable pay and appraisals; they're in peanuts.

6. False promises about stock compensation.

Please don't hire a candidate if the intention is to fire them sometime later, and don't give false hopes regarding the company's IPO status.
