The team was collaborative and supportive, which made working on the tight schedule projects/timeline enjoyable and efficient.
Flexible work environment: Few groups offer a flexible work environment, which helped me maintain a good work-life balance and spend time with family.
There are no benefits to employees or any engagement activities. This lack of motivation leads to not going beyond our work.
The company does not have any proper employee engagement or other programs.
Management has never provided any goodies or rewards to motivate the employees.
