Six rounds in total spread across 3 days. Three technical rounds, covering data structures and algorithms, 45 mins to 1 hour each. One system design round, one behavioral round, and one director, company fit round.

Folks here are clueless, and they waste a lot of time with candidates without even having the job/req approved. We only get to know this after four to five rounds of discussion, and suddenly recruiters and coordinators will not even pick up our call
