No business ethics. Lack of communication, with no ethics to provide feedback. HR and Engineering leaders lack people care. There's no need to work for such a company. For a startup, lead by example and do not waste people's time.

I talked to a recruiter and was emailed about an opportunity following that talk. Met on site for an interview and had 3-4 hours of technical questions. The interview was standard and everything was fair.

Phone interview for 30 mins, asked some behavioral question. Offered technical interview after a week. In technical interview, asked me to implement linked list. Binary trees function, Machine Learning algorithms like linear regressions, etc.
