The CEO is very good. The company is flexible and accommodating with remote employees. The company seems to be headed in a great direction.
As a remote employee, I sometimes feel disconnected from the rest of the company, but I assume that happens at most places. Unlimited PTO can be a pro and a con.
I would much rather have regular/earned PTO, or at least guidelines on how much "minimum" PTO should be used.
I had a hiring manager round. This included a resume walkthrough, HLD, and a very simple coding question on CoderPad. The second round was a DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) assessment for 1 hour. This involved one simple problem and one medium
I had multiple rounds of interviews. The final round with the director was strange, as he was eating snacks in front of the camera. HR indicated that a selection had been made but then ghosted me.
I had a very good experience. The process is well-defined. Each round has a clear focus on specific topics, such as domain, programming, and test methods. During this pandemic, they managed the interview process very well.
