I did a standard recruiter screen, which was a very honest and up-front conversation about compensation expectations, etc., which I really appreciated. Then I did a standard phone screen, got flown in to California for an in-person slate consisting of a presentation, several coding and system design interviews, and a career/leadership interview.

Standard coding and system design questions. No "tricks," good assessment of skills. Heavy emphasis on scalability for system design, even more so than MAANG.
