After spending 2 days on homework, one day on a presentation, and another day on the on-site, they didn't even bother to reach back to me.
I sent them an email about a week after the on-site, and then they asked me to schedule a 15-minute call with the recruiter.
So, finally, 7 days later, they told me that I was rejected. The recruiter said that it was due to some changes in their system.
After all, I find it disrespectful and unfriendly to not reach back to candidates who invested 4 days in the whole interview process.
Design, coding, past experience, etc. During the 1:1s, I had a feeling that they were matching keywords to what they were expecting to hear. Every time I said something that the interviewer wanted to hear, they'd type that on the keyboard.
