False Promise by HR Hiring
Good Place, welcoming and energized folks.
During the hiring, the HR promises a lot of perks, specially annual compensation benefit, and they would lure you to join early by stating everyone will be eligible for the apprisal cycle. After you join, the reality is too different.
I am saddened to see false promises.
Be transparent, and don't make false promises.
