The interview process involved several rounds, each with 2-3 one-on-one meetings lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Each of the approximately 8 people I met was friendly and fun to chat with.
The discussions included the sharing of past technical struggles and resolving interpersonal conflicts. One particularly enjoyable chat featured a D&D-esque, hypothetical role-playing experience where I was presented with an amusing but relevant scenario to verbally explore.
One question that stands out asked me to choose a fictitious character with whom I identify and explain why I resonate with them.
It's a great (and tough!) question, and having never considered it before, I had to scramble to find a reasonable fit.
