- Treated employees well.
- Good work-life balance.
- Quite unique culture (in a good way) due to strong emphasis on players and live events.
- Have chances to travel to live events worldwide if you work in relevant teams.
Cons: - Business is stable but doesn't have strong growth.
- Some of the technology might be old.

DEI was strong here.
Pay was great. Benefits were great. Great people to work with – very passionate.
All was great at Niantic. The Voyager program was life-changing.
Cons: Parking was expensive.
