Efficient interview process with 2 technical phone screens, a 3-hour onsite, and a video interview with an executive.
The first technical phone screen was a coding interview. The second phone screen tested OS knowledge.
Onsite technical interviews were straightforward algorithm questions. There were only 2 1-hour screens, so it is not as exhausting and stressful as most others I have been through. The final video interview is a culture fit with an executive, which is non-technical.
Overall, employees seem to love working there. They left a very good impression on me. The process is organized and the culture looks stable. It was one of the best processes I have been through.
note: I interviewed in LA; the process may be different in the larger Bay Area offices.
