Niantic has a great mission and is headed by smart, enthusiastic, down-to-earth leaders. There are numerous opportunities to learn new technologies, present new ideas, and work with bright engineers and product managers. Honestly, this is the best tech job I've ever had.
A bit understaffed at the management level. Performance expectations somewhat unclear.
Continue building out the infrastructure we need to support employees and ensure success.
