Good benefits. Reasonable work hours. Great team/people around you.
- Layoffs really killed the vibe of the studio.
- I imagine the 'great team / people around you' pro might change in the near future.
- They overinvest in things that clearly will not work, which, in my opinion, caused the layoffs.
Keep it simple and keep doing what works.
