Reasonable for a tech interview. The interviewers were technically competent and very interested in hearing my take on a range of issues. They really didn't ask me that many questions about sorting!

I applied online. The process took five days. It was good. The first interview was a screening where they asked a lot of background questions and outlined the job details. It was relatively easy to answer. Niantic is a hybrid-first work environment,
