I get to play DDR at work.
So many interesting projects, but not enough time to work on them all.
I came in pre-vetted by a third party, which allowed me to skip some of the initial steps. I interviewed at their SF office (which has a gorgeous view of the Bay, by the way) for a machine learning role. People were friendly, and I was impressed by
Pretty standard process: * Call with recruiter to determine background/interest * 45-minute technical phone screen going over a fairly simple coding problem * Virtual On-Site (3 technical, 1 behavioral, 45 minutes each)
The process started with a technical phone screen, which went well. Following that, there was an on-site loop consisting of two algorithm questions and one lunch interview. Overall, the experience was good and positive.
