The process was easy. It involved one phone call, a 1:1 interview, a group interview, and a final interview with the HR representative.
The interview and negotiation processes were generally easy. The explanation of benefits, culture, and induction were okay.
The HR personnel were friendly and helpful. No issues were reported.
The main problem arises with management prejudice once an employee starts engaging.
