This was one of the worst interview processes I ever faced and something I didn't expect from a reputed company like Nike. Sometimes, employees forget that their actions reflect the culture of the company.
There was a HireVue round, which was pretty easy. Then, I received a call from a recruiter for a technical round. They asked about my projects, and nothing special about the interview itself, as it was easy too.
That was it. There was no communication after this.
I called the recruiter a couple of weeks ago to know the status, expecting a rejection for God knows why. To my surprise, I received a response saying, "Panel is busy. They will get back." They were busy for two weeks even to say if I was through or not. This went on for another week, and then I had to call the recruiter again.
After many such interactions, I got an update saying that I was fit for a senior role, not a lead. They asked if I was okay for them to proceed with this designation. I even accepted that and asked them to proceed with the further process. After this, there was literally no communication at all.
This was a time waste for everyone involved. Better to avoid. I can already see the company culture.
Mostly about projects that I worked on.
Basics about protocols involved with different SAP systems.
