The interview stages were as follows:

• First, a recruiter screen.
• Then, a hiring manager interview.
• Next, a technical round, which was mostly scenario-based design questions.
• Finally, another technical round with two engineers.

For this position, I was expecting system design questions, but it was mostly definition-type questions. I was surprised to be asked for memorized definitions from a lead engineer. Interestingly, one of the interviewers was searching Google during the interview and reading questions.
