Perfect and good for work life balance
Nothing to mention, and I have a good work-life balance here.
I feel the hiring process was unfair in the last round. I had an interviewer with whom there was a language barrier. I used sophisticated grammar that he couldn't understand, and I could not understand his accent.
Dropped resume at the Career Fair. Got interviewed the next day. Some behavioral questions and then technical questions (Data Structures + SQL). The whole process was really casual, but the position is very technically oriented.
The interview process was good. The interviewer almost covered all topics and basic concepts of Hadoop, PySpark, SQL, Python, Kafka, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as data warehousing concepts. Cloud concepts would be advantageous.
