The first step was a phone interview, and the second step was more of a panel interview.
There were five managers present. Only one was mostly answering the questions, while the others took notes. At the end of the interview, the rest of the managers proceeded to ask their own questions. They asked me about previous experiences, what my strengths and weaknesses are, where I see myself in five years, and how I cope in teams.
