Initially, an all-India written test consisting of 100 questions from a technical background (ECE) was taken. Shortlisted candidates were called for an interview after 2 months. Two rounds of technical + HR interviews were taken. They asked mainly communication and mobile communication technology-related questions, and then some typical HR questions, like you have to be able to work on a 24/7 basis, you may even be posted to the Andamans for an indefinite period of time, and so on.
