The best company I have had till now, with a great team, lots of opportunities, and motivation. My manager, Madhusudhan Dammur, was very supportive and encouraging. I received a lot of advice and guidance from him, which helped me so much, both at work and in life. Nokia provides a very good work-life balance.
HRs are very good. They respond to problems immediately after an issue is raised. It was truly the best decision to join Nokia.
