Pros: The office is good and comfortable. The colleagues are very respectful, whether they are supervisors or your partners.

Cons: Salary increases are little. Not using trending tech/methods for software development.

Cons: After a while, there is not so much opportunity to advance in your career. They would rather let more experienced people leave than give them the benefits they deserve.

Pros: The working atmosphere is good.

Cons: Argentina has a serious inflation problem, and salary corrections were not as frequent nor as big as they should have been, in my case. I had been both an external resource and an employee, and I had a better experience as an external resource.
