This was through SFU's co-op program. I submitted a cover letter, resume, and transcript and was called for an interview at their office. There, I was greeted by one of my interviewers and met up with the second interviewer. Then, we found an empty meeting room, and they started asking their questions. Occasionally, they asked me to use the whiteboard in the room to explain/draw my answers.
