Initially very uncomplicated, then a nightmare once work started. They selected me and courted me during the interview and did everything to get me on board. But once I was there, they were unable to equip me with a clean work infrastructure, and any kind of onboarding support was rather meager.
The lessons I learned from this: During the interview, be sure you understand what onboarding entails (or what it doesn't)!
