Interviewers refuse to reveal the salary range for the position. They are very condescending and avoid very standard questions. They seem to be looking for very junior people and are not technically inclined, but try to ask a few technical questions. They are not able to discern between junior or senior developers since they themselves do not have the proper training. I kept being asked about university when I have more than 10 years of experience as a developer!

Why did you take an extra year to complete university? (I have 10 years experience as a developer, and they kept asking me about university!)
