Process
There was a phone call interview with general software questions, followed by a 4-hour in-house interview. The first hour was an HR discussion about personality, based on a previously filled-in questionnaire. This was followed by 1 hour of technical C++ questions and 1 hour about professional experience. The last hour was a brain teaser.

Pros: I joined NSN Hangzhou right after graduation. I worked for 2 years and was very satisfied with the experience. There was a lot of job training. Employees took time to conduct code study groups for newcomers. They also encouraged newcomers to form discussion groups to talk about current designs and modules. Other trainings included English training and leading wireless technology development.
Work there was busy but fulfilling. Hard work got acknowledged. Senior management communicated well and there was a good work-life balance. It was a great place to learn and grow.
Cons: Provide more flexible work hours, avoiding commute time.
