I first wrote an online test. Then, after 3 to 4 months, they called us to the Nokia office for the technical or managerial interview. I passed this round, and the final interview was virtual. This was taken by the manager.

The reason I didn't get the offer could be because I didn't put Python on my resume (maybe they needed us to know basics of it), or because I asked about Nokia's 2030 strategy. They had no idea about it.

During my first interview, I asked about their contribution to SDG goals. Basically, don't ask unnecessary questions for which they won't know the answers.
