The whole process took around 3 months.
HR was ignoring me, and it took a month to schedule the first technical interview.
At the end of the process, the director did not want to give me a formal offer but wanted me to accept it as soon as possible, and only then he would send it to me. I refused and insisted on a formal offer.
I got the offer on Friday evening, and it said I must make a decision in 4 days after receiving it, so on Monday. Making me decide in practically one working day felt offensive.
