Initially, the interview was a group of 5 (applying for different positions) solving a problem. The interviewers were one from HR and two staff members.
The problem-solving session lasted about 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for providing the solution and Q&A.
After lunch break, an individual interview with the manager and other staff members took place.
